Candida Die off-what was your experience?

Hey all,

Im currently treating ds and myself for candida, today is day 3.

I have a head ache, feeling VERY irritable and a slightly lightheaded, dizzy feeling.

Just wondering what others have experienced during die-off, how long it lasted etc.....

I had horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. It was so bad for the first 3 days that I only got a few hours of sleep. I swear it was as painful as labor. You probably won't have that though if you haven't had it already.
