It's a 4 page checklist of all the things my last 2 docs looked at me oddly for even talking about, much less refusing/insisting on. So great to know she is familiar with these topics and is perfectly ok with all of my so-called odd requests! All I've had to alter is a bit of the semantics. This is the easiest birth plan I've ever written
