Used and All in One dipes

I recently stumbled upon a great deal on used bum genius 3.0 all in ones. I have only used new diapers and am wondering what I would need to do to ensure they are super clean and sanitary when I wash them. Also haven't used all in ones so I'd love some feedback on those as well before I take the plunge. The seller is offering them for $7 a piece. What do you think?

I have never personally used all in one diapers but a friend of mine did and had horrid stink issues unless she used bleach every cycle. We though it was a combo of her front loader and not being able to get really get water through all the layers well. Just something to think about.

As for cleaning used diapers I would do a hot wash with no soap to check for suds to see it there is any build up. Do a hot wash with soap and bleach and then a hot wash with no bleach or soap as a rinse until there are no suds. Then dry.
