great pediatricians near norwood, ma?

Hi, I just moved to norwood, ma and am expecting a boy in november. Im currently trying to find either a holistic pediatrician or a great pediatrician close by who is open to natural health and parenting and using holistic approaches before medication. So far Ive only found ones in brookline and I was hoping to find someone a bit closer.
Any suggestions would be great.
