My state law

Quote:
NORTH CAROLINA GENERAL STATUTE 130A-157
SECTION 130A-157. Religious exemption. - If the bona fide religious beliefs of an adult or the
parent, guardian or person in loco parentis of a child are contrary to the immunization
requirements contained in this Part [Chapter 130A, Article 6, Part B], the adult or the child shall be exempt from the requirements. Upon submission of a written statement of the bona fide religious beliefs and opposition to the immunization requirements, the person may attend the college, university, school or facility without presenting a certificate of immunization.
There is no official form for NC, but there is a basic form that I can sign saying my bona fide beliefs are in opposition with the law. I also have an exemption that states my religious beliefs with more detail that I could use.

Which do you think would be better to use while registering? I am thinking I will bring in the basic form and keep the other detailed one on me in case we run into any problems. I am just worried with presenting my specific beliefs they could possibly be called into question easier.

Anyone btdt? Am I worried over nothing
