Thoughts: *Warning: rant ahead* I swear, I'm ready to give up. We try, we get nowhere; we don't try, we get nowhere. This is the end of 13 months of trying with absolutely nothing to show for it. My body hates me and likes to give me hope, only to crush it later. This month, we didn't stress/obsess at all. DTD on all the perfect days. I get a UTI, go to the doc who points out I'm 4 days late for my period. "You want me to run a test?" Nope, it only comes out negative and I'm not ready to deal with that. Now, at six days late I finally decide to test. BFN, of course. Then, like clockwork, the cramps start. Seriously, throw me a freaking bone here!

So my best friend gave birth yesterday. They were able to bring her blood pressure down and induce labor so she could have a natural birth. He weighs in at 3 pounds 4 ounces and has a ton of hair. Thanks for your prayers and well wishes ladies

I am so disappointed. AF came early this month and I had a 9 day LP, which is way too short, I have no idea why that would be the case... I am just so frustrated and disappointed. Seriously, I know I have said this before but how is it possible that my first just happened, immediately and now....... I don't even know what to do, I have more OPKs coming but I just want to quit but I can't even do that KWIM?

I am totally with you on that! DD was a no-try, first month off bc baby. While we were thrilled, a baby hadn't even crossed our mind. We have tried SO HARD this time around and nothing. Zero. Zip. Zilch. People keep telling us we just need to relax. Seriously?? Maybe if we were two or three months in, but here shortly, we will begin cycle 14. FOURTEEN!!

Symptoms: Marked changes in CW. I seriously think my body may actually ovulate this month
Testing: So I bought my very first $ Tree OPKs and I tested one to make sure I know how to use them (I actually messed up on the first one and had to use a second one) and got a faint pink test line.
Thoughts: Looking at the faint pink line on my trial OPK I started fantasizing what it would feel like if this was a HPT. I REALLY want this to be our month.

Tested this morning and BFN. Within a few hours AF showed, 3 days late. At least my luteal phase was 17 days this time, right?

I am so with you ladies...my first was 2 months trying, my second was 1 month trying, and we are now going on our 5th month with #3. What is wrong with this?! Oh well. Here we go again....

DS we got pregnant our first try. This one we were almost 9 months in when I got my bfp. I'm sure your bfp is coming soon.

Appointments: Had my yearly last week and wow did the pap hurt. Ouch! I don't remember that it ever hurt so much before. I was also cramping afterwards for a few hours.
Symptoms if they apply: I think I'm fertile right now! Cervix seems inviting, not much post-BD leakage, and I got a nice batch of EWCM yesterday. Well, nice for me, which meant about a 3 cm stretch vs the usual 1 cm. Maybe it's the cranberry juice.
Testing: I just don't know.
Thoughts: I'm going to predict that I will ovulate this week. My right ovary feels like it's doing something. Just a dull pain for now, but hopefully it will soon turn to real O pain. Too bad family is coming to visit today, but I will not let that hurt our chances this month. Timing has already been bad enough other cycles. Not this time. This cycle I will be pregnant. I've decided.


And I am with all of you on easy 1st, not so easy 2nd. Granted this is only our 4th cycle (ha, only! it seems like forever!), and timing has been pretty miserable due to late O, but still. TTC takes so long.

Testing: Not sure if I need to. I'll probably test on the weekend (~12-14 DPO if I'm correct) if AF is still a no show.
Thoughts: I just want this cycle to be over with. I'm fed up with my cycle & there's so much going on with DH leaving in a week. I can't believe how fast time is flying...

Jasmine, Gale and ktietje85 - I am sorry this stinks and is taking so long.

ktietje85, DH and I were not officially trying last month, but had a bit of an oppsi and then for no apparent reason my LP was 3 days longer than normal, I was surprised how quickly it got my hopes up, I can imagine after a cycle of actually trying it is very frustrating.

I am interested to see how this round of TTC goes. #1 we conceived on the first month of really trying, however we did not really prevent the previous month. With #2 it was 10 months (~ 8 cycles) for a viable pregnancy... I have no clue how it will go this time. I am thankful I have relatively normal cycle lengths and a long enough LP to boot.

I should hopefully be O'ing again the end of August, so until then...we wait. My chart looks good this month though, good temps and fertile signs. Hopefully we'll be lucky and have another good month so we can get our BFP. We had oopsies this month but I don't *think* it was during the fertile window. Hopefully AF comes next week so we can get this show on the road!!
