I see it!! Cautiously !

Wow, a LOT happening here since I checked this thread early this morning.

MW You get pregnant at the drop of a hat girl! I'm hoping and praying for a sticky bean, allllllll the way to a beautiful birth. And a girl too, for good measure.

MovingMomma, it does seem that way to me too. I laughed when this thread first started up because it was supposedly to not obsess and it's like...um...so you start a thread about it? LOL But honestly, this thread is way more fun than the TTC board. Right now I am in a very "whatever" state, but I'm only on CD 10 - ask me in a week!
Oh man, I miss a few days and there's news!
MW-did I read that correctly-10? Praying for a big sticky this time. I see the line too.

If I remember correctly, with ds1 I didn't test until I was 2wks past my af (wasn't charting) and the blood test barely showed enough to say Pregnant. With ds2, I tested right when af would have been expected. It showed faint, the dr's wanted me to come back the next week, since the levels were "low". The last one was odd-I tested right before af was due and got a faint +. I went to the mw a few days later and it came up -, but on my way home I bought a digital and it came up +. So my levels are slow to rise.

I'm on day 10. Creamy cf starting today. I feel like crap though. Haven't been sleeping too well and just stressed. I have not O'd yet though. I'm determined to not miss any temps this month.
Dh is definitely in the mood lol. I feel like I can go by him for when I'm fertile or not. I'm sure it's a hormone thing, but he gets the same way right before af too, and there's no chance of conceiving then, so....Either way, I'll take what ever chance I can, crazy as that is. I would like to go to the h/s conf next year though.

Boobs-according to Victoria Secret I'm a 34A, but there's no way-I'd be spilling out, but maybe that's their selling point? I'm a 34/6 B. I rather liked being a C during most of my pregnancy, but not so much a very full D for the first few months of nursing. Dh liked them, but I think he prefers my "regular" size. He's more of a "leg/but" guy I liked the Target nursing bras after they added more to the line. I was able to find 35d's and 36c's that worked great. At some point though (around 6m), I was able to switch to my regular bras, and just pull them down to nurse. There seem to be even more variety at Target now, at least when I longingly take a passing glance at them.

MW, for some reason I can't see the pics on FF, must be a browser issue. I believe you though!

I wish I could buy Walmart/Target nursing bras. No such luck. My favorite bra is the Bravado designs basic one, and their Bliss bra. I was just happy to spend less than $60. My favorite non-nursing bras are Le Mystere, but they are super pricey - $75ish (they do make a nursing bra, but is REALLY pricey)

for me whatevering is being content with either a (-) or (+) at the end of the cycle, and that is where I am right now. I know this month is a no-go, and I am perfectly fine with that. Maybe on a month where there is a chance, I will be a bit more . . .antsy

I took a peek in the TTC board; I am so NOT ready for that! LOL

Carrie ~ I keep forgetting to mention something about the FRER that I thought of while I was at the store. I noticed there were 2 types of FRER. One said Early Result and the other said Rapid Result. The Rapid Result one didn't say anything about testing before was due. I wonder if a lot of those very faint + FRER were the rapid result rather than the early result.

I saw both of those types, too. The rapid result one is more geared for women who are late and want to know within one minute. I can wait the 3 min, but I can't wait the full 14 days after I O!

I can't stand Bravado. I was so disappointed when I got mine because they came so highly recommended and they are a bit more expensive than I liked. The one for my size is like wearing a sports bra, no hook or snap closures. I don't like sports bras.

I agree with that one the whatevering, too. It's about being ok with whatever happens in the end. I mean, if you are going to dtd without any protection, you have to be thinking about babies.

I far prefer our group to a TTC group. I just feel like I know you all, like not really but really. Does that make any sense?

Ok I am kind of jumping out of my skin over here and a little perplexed. I took a HPT last night because I was so weirded out by the whole spotting thing. It was an Answer early. I swear I saw a line, but honestly I know that is not possible. I did not O. So I put it in the box and hid it (my mom was here). I took it out later to throw the test and recycle the box and you know when a positive test dries the line in question gets darker? Well its darker. Of course I know this really doesn't count since there is just no EFFIN way. Any thoughts? I kind of feel dumb even telling you all this. I just wonder should I test again? I mean temping kind of tells me there is NO way. I can be PG so it kind of seems dumb. IDK.

MW- CONGRATS. I totally see the line. I wanted to commiserate with you. I have been pregnant 6 times and have 2 children. I was pregnant in highschool and I do not talk about it much because it was a dark time for me. I was in a very abusive relationship. My ex was a drug dealer and a drug addict and drinker. I had 2 later M/C's with him. Both times he caused them. I wont get into details but it was pretty gruesome since I was 10 and 12 weeks pregnant. I just want you to know I know what its like for it to not seem real, to put up the defense mechanism and not get your hopes up. It hurts at 4 weeks, 10 weeks, 11 weeks regardless.. ((HUGS))

Test again! Probably just an evap, but I'd test again anyway. Can you post your chart link?
Thats exactly what I figured because it makes no sense, there is like completely no O. None. LOL I am on CD25.

The higher temps with the open circles are nights I was tossing and turning a lot or sleep deprived (less than 3 hours). I had discarded them, I am not sure I should. My chart seemingly makes more sense when I do. Surprisingly enough even temps taken an hour or so later than normal stayed within the norm range but are denoted with open circles since obviously they were taken late.
That is weird, T. I keep trying to look at your chart different ways but there's just nothing that looks like O there. It must've been an evap. I've never had that happen with Answer Early but it can happen with any test.

I know, I keep re-analizing my chart like, maaayyybe, NOPE. LOL It can happen with any test. I think I will wait a few more days and see what happens. I hope I O, AF shows, or miraculously am the non oing pregnant lady.

I know. It's so strange after TTC for 1.5 years with no luck and then going through 6 months worth of infertility treatments. I was having long and irregular cycles back then and not testing so I wonder if I did get pg a few times and miscarried.

I really hope this one sticks! Oh, I forgot to tell you that I definitely see your line too. And I never see lines.

MommatoAandA, I don't see O on your chart either, no matter which way I turn my head. I guess it had to have been an evap or faulty test or something. Unless your thermometer is somehow not working and you really are pregnant...but I don't even see a place where your CF would have indicated O, although you do have a lot of EW there. Have you seen a shift before, or did you just start charting? (Sorry I can't keep track of everybody )

Wow, busy day guys!

MW: Squeee! Thinking sticky thoughts.

I'm with you all on both liking our group, and being overwhelmed by the TTC section. Even though I guess really, that's what I'm doing in my head, everything over there just seems SO calculated, and stressful. I think there's a difference between thinking about something and analyzing it- and actually stressing about it. I've actually found too that since this thread has started, I DO seem less emotional about it, and I'm not as emotional when AF comes around again. Instead of "Oh, I'm a failure, we didn't conceive this month" its more of an "oh, that sucks, well I get to try again next month with ---... and in the meantime I had great conversation and accomplished xyz on my list.

Someone mentioned a ways up that they can tell when they're fertile based on their DH-- totally true. I'm guessing you're right with the hormones and them being able to sense it, but it's funny!

I've had a crazy busy week, and feels like we haven't dtd in forever, but life is finally calming down again, plus I just got my hair done, so I'm feeling good, I've got a spa day on Saturday, and will be dressing up for a wedding on Sunday. I'm feeling frisky, and it's great timing.
Mmm...spa day!

Thanks, everyone, for the sticky vibes. I just looked at the test again and the line is actually pretty dark now that is has dried. It looks a lot more like what I would expect for 10-11dpo.

I'm ambivalent about trying to find a doctor. There's a big part of me that just wants to let all of this go naturally. Plus, there's the issue of what a hassle it will be to try to explain what I need to yet another doctor that will probably think I'm a loon. But there is a part of me that wants to do anything and everything I possibly can to prevent a m/c. I did start using OTC progesterone cream today and I got my script for folic acid filled.

I charted before but a long time ago. I used to O on CD 18. I don't think I oed yet, unless like you said, I have 2 faulty thermometers, unlikey... I was on BC for the last 7 months. The shot was 6 of those months. Most likely it screwed with my cycle.
I think tcoyf mentions about cycles after a bc shot. I would think it would be the same as coming off the pill, but maybe there is less hormone interference from the shot?
Oh, T, I forgot about you changing thermometers. When did you start using a different one? That could make a difference.

I'd think the shot would cause more problems than the pill. At least with the pill your body gets a break from the hormones for a week. Plus, a lot of the pills have estrogen as well as progesterone and different amounts depending on which week/day you are on so that it's more like a natural cycle. I've heard of a lot more problems with the shot.
