Apple Butter Recipes?

My husband wants us to can apple butter this fall. Does anyone have a recipe for this?

I make my apple butter in the crockpot. I cut up apples and put them in on low all day, stirring occasionally. Once the apples have fallen apart I open the lid to let it evaporate and thicken. I think I canned it in a 10 minute water bath, but I don't have my book handy right now. Just follow the canning guidelines for apple sauce and make sure it's hot all the way through.

The above recipe is basically how I do it. ETA: as WrenB stated, not the link that's just to applesauce.
