My daughter had her first night away at 17 months. She is night weaned, sleeps through the night, and doesn't care if I leave her with Grandpa. If she was uneasy or cried when I left, I wouldn't let her spend the night, but honestly I really appreciate being able to sleep in. She thinks 4:00 am is the perfect wake up time.
