What are some of your favorite veg*n dairy-free foods?

Honey and egg whites (but not yolks) are fine - just no animal products other than egg whites.
I'm also looking for low-soy (but not necessarily no-soy.)
Things I will not eat: beets and papaya.

High-iron and vitamin d foods would be great, as well. How are you sure to get your necessary protein? B-12?

Favorite recipes? Great blogs?

Yesterday, non-dairy milks were on sale so I bought pretty much one of everything: Soy, hemp, oat, hazelnut, almond, rice and coconut. I got them all in "original" except the hazelnut which is chocolate (because it sounded like liquid non-dairy Nutella to me ). Hemp, oat and hazelnut are Pacific brand. the almond is Blue Diamond, soy and rice are WF house brand and coconut is So Delicious. Am I missing a great one?

(I've lived with veg*ns before and have eaten a lot of veg*n foods. I already know of some great stuff but I'm looking for more ideas. For example, I like: Tofutti Better Than products, Yves Good Veggie ground and some of the meat-replacements, vegan chocolate pudding, coconut pudding.)
