Did I say congrats to you Blanca? If not, a huge congratulations!!!

I was messing around with my chart last night to see what happened if I tweaked a few things, but I've put things back now and it's less convincing. Sorry if I got your hopes up--I didn't realize I had stalkers. Especially as the recent temps are not good ones--I used a different thermometer and took temps a little after getting up, plus travelling has messed my sleep up. FF pegs me at 9dpo with all the values in as they *really* happened, so it's still early yet.
The spotting last night was a bit wierd for me, and since it's gone now I don't know--it still could turn into AF and a short LP. I am keeping my fingers crossed though!

Well, I just did a Clear Blue Easy Early Response and there's two lines!! The test line is not as dark as control line, but it's definitely there. Tried to take a pic with my iphone and just couldn't get it clear enough...but it's there! Guess I'm calling the RE tomorrow to get some betas done!

Still waiting here. 11dpo, CD33, temps still high. In the last 1.5 years, I've only had one cycle that's been longer than 33 days, so I'm feeling hopeful! Tested yesterday, my first time ever taking a preg test. BFN. So, if no period I'll test at 14dpo.

I'm still not willing to believe it's true, even though ANOTHER First Response was positive this morning. I'm waiting for my RE to call back to tell me to come in for some beta testing. I might also ask for a progesterone level, since I took Clomid to conceive. Has anyone else had this done? I just want to make sure my lining is adequate.

Due date would be April 26, 2011, I believe. So I guess I should hang out in the April AND May clubs.

That's my due date too! I've been hanging out in April because May isn't up yet. It's very slowly starting to feel more real, and I'm really trying to cope with anxiety and not worry about possible bad outcomes. Much easier said than done.

I'm waiting for the RE's office to call with the results from my first beta, and I'm going nuts! I keep worrying about every little thing...is my lining sufficient because I used clomid to conceive, could this be a chemical pregnancy and I'm excited for nothing, what was that little pain I just felt, I feel wet - is it blood??? I swear I'm going to have a heart attack before I even get this phone call.

Totally with you. I'm not getting betas done, but don't know how I'll survive another two weeks to my first ultrasound. So, so scared of getting all excited for nothing.

So, I went to the ladies room in my office. Walked into the stall and shut the door. A second later one of our secretaries says.. "SO WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE A BABY?" Shocked by this, I said, hopefully one day soon.. but seriously.. is that a question to ask someone that you don't even really know? If this has happened to you, how do you answer their question?

Wow. I hate that. Last time I got that question, though, it was from the three-year-old daughter of friends. We just laughed and said "Someday."

Seriously, I feel that's incredibly awkward and intrusive. I mean, it's possibly she was just trying trying to be friendly? Or maybe she has babies on the brain herself and was just reaching out in a tone-deaf way? Either way, it seems inappropriate and rude. It's one thing for a close friend to ask that, but different for a mere acquaintance.

I think you answered it well--polite but not really adding fuel to the fire. I might have been even more vague.

Meander - I'm sorry AF came for you. I was soooo feeling you were pregnant this cycle. What a bummer.

Somegirl - Its gonna be one month tomorrow since Marlowe was born. Are you recovering well? I bet the time has just flown by!

Taxlady - People ask me about having children sometimes. It usually doesn't phase me too much, except for a few times right after my miscarriage. I think some people don't realise what a sensitive and personal topic it is and they are just trying to be nice and make small talk. If its someone closer to me that I feel like sharing with, I'll tell them the truth. With everyone else I just smile and be vague or make a joke about being young and free of responsibility.

Fertilemyrtle - I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

LivingSky - I saw in another thread you were having trouble setting up your Fertility Friend account. Did you figure it all out now?

As for me, cd15 and no O yet. I don't even seem to have much CM either. Just a couple gobs of EW and not much else. Usually I'm swimming in it around O. I marked EW in Fertility Friend but I'm not really sure what to call it when there is so little of it. So I'm feeling kinda blah about this month since its feels like it'll be a while still. Come on ovaries! We got some work to do!

Lauraska and Blanca, hang in there, I know it's nerve-wracking. The more distractions the shorter the wait will seem.

Thanks for asking! It has, I can't believe it's a month already and how much he's grown! He has already outgrown his newborn clothes and prefolds. He gets weighed next week, I'm very curious, guessing he might be around 9 lbs then.

I'm healing up well from the episiotomy, now I'm impatient to get back into shape. It's been a bit of a mental adjustment to all the physical changes and accepting that my body will never be quite the way it was before. I've been fighting a cold this week which is challenging...both nursing and calming a baby while sneezing, and trying to enough fluids and rest which is pretty much impossible.

DH is home for a week and a half more, I know I will really miss having him here during the day. I am so thankful that I have a nice long leave from work, I can't imagine only having 6 weeks off.

My friends who I've seen tell me that motherhood agrees with me and I think they are right.

I can't wait for all of you to join me too.

Well, my first beta was 64, so that's a good sign! I have my second one tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed.

I think I'm psyching myself out by analyzing every little pang, or lack thereof, that I have. My goal for the next few days is just to relax and let things happen as they should. Easier said than done, of course.

Lauraska, I'm doing the same thing, except I haven't gotten a + preg test yet. tested yesterday at 12dpo.

But my chart is beautiful, and I've never had a period go longer than this!

Well, by my count AF should have arrived yesterday, by FF's count it thinks today. No signs yet - no spotting or cramping or anything like that. I've had an absolutely brutal stress level the last week though, culminating with last night (I hope!), so I can't even begin to try to read my body's signs. The bright side is, if there's a little one in there that's survived this past week with me, it's a tough one!
