8/1 - 55 minute run and cool down. Nice trail run with my hubby then breakfast

8/4 - 60 minute run with about 10 minute cool down
8/5 - 45 minute run with walking (team workout)
8/6 - 105 total - 55 minute trail run and 50 minutes yard work sweating bullets
8/7 - 55 minute trail run - same trail
8/8 - off - i guess this has to be my last day off this month
8/9 - 25 sad sad minute running then walking. Although I did do two miles in 15 minutes....the rest was walking and sad jog
8/10 - 50 minutes total. 35 running - 10 minutes lunges and squats and 5 walking to cool down
8/11 - 60 minutes running
8/12 - 25 minutes running
8/13 - 70 total 25 minutes weights - 45 running
8/15 - 30 minutes walking
8/16 - 30 minutes light cardio, 30 minutes weights (arms) and squats 30 minutes running tiller
8/17 - 60 total - 25 minute run - 35 minute walk/light cardio
8/18 - 20 minutes light cardio workout with middle school xc team
8/19 - 45 minute run before practice, 60 minute warmup, run and cool down with team
8/20 - 20 minutes walking
8/21 - 50 minute run
8/22 - 50 minute run
8/22 - 60 minutes walking
8/23 - 20 minutes walking
8/24 - 45 minutes weights
45 minute trail run
8/25 - 120 minutes working in garden
8/26 - 120 minutes - another 2 hours in the garden... In the past two days I've pulled up summer crop, tilled up the entire garden, raked it, planted 110 plants, 4 rows of green bean seeds, 2 rows of peas and basil. I'm tired. Getting a good run in tomorrow....
8/27 - 30 minutes with the team
8/30 - 83 minutes total. 68 minutes running 8 miles/15 minutes walking stretching
8/31 - 40 minute trail run
20 minute walk
1588/1620 at least I got over 1500
