I LOVE the Rose Ensemble - I used to live in the Twin Cities (where they're based), so I got to see them perform for free. Amazing. They even did a free children's program at our local library where they did music and dance from their Hawaiian album.

If you like chant, try a CD of music by Hildegard of Bingen.
I don't listen to much contemporary Christian music because so much of it sounds the same to me, but here are three albums I love:
1. "Paper Skin" by Kendall Payne. I could listen to this all day. (Also try "Grown.")
2. "Share the Well" by Caedmon's Call. Music with a social justice theme inspired by a mission trip to India.
3. "Carried Along" by Andrew Peterson. Folky guitar rock.
