Many times; more with dd than ds. Also with them in the bouncy seat or saucer in our tiny bathroom...that's how much of my limited self-grooming gets done.

I do this often. Sometimes I take her diaper off and let her sit on it with me, but I'm kinda big so it's a tight squeeze.

Last weekend I used a PortaPotty with my 3 yo on my back in the Beco

I also use the bathroom very frequently while holding/nursing DS.

all the time. She cries if she is awake for a feed and I leave her to pee, so I take her with me. During the day she is usually in a wrap/carrier. She is very curious about where the sound is coming from...

yep, twice.

O Yeah! I wouldn't have been able to go to the potty if I didn't lol. I still have a 2 and 3yo follow me in almost every time just chatting away, saying a loud eww when "needed" lol.

I think it is a great learning experience personally. Would I like to go to the bathroom alone someday? Sure but I think I will be lonely....

Around 3-4 m.o. dd regularly fell asleep nursing EVERY time I went to the bathroom. It got to the point where, if I couldn't get her to sleep, I would go hang out in the bathroom in the hopes that she would doze off.
Nope. Only worked when I was really using the toilet.

I think a better question for me would be how many times I have gone withOUT holding or wearing my baby. Haha. She's in a bit of a velcro stage right now. I often go while wearing her. She was in the hospital last week, and I had to go in the middle of the night. that was quite a feat, holding her and dragging her IV pole with me, all so mama could go pee. But the previous time when I put her in the hospital crib, she tried to strangle herself with her IV tubing in the 4 seconds it took me to pee so...mama, baby, IV pole was the only option going forth.

Yeah, the Mei Tai sort of sits on an area of one's body that can trigger the need to go....doesn't it? And I don't want to wake him up because that's how I get his naps and some me time.

LOL I thought it was just me that had to go as soon as she falls asleep in the Beco. It must be the carrier pushing on me.

One of my most crystal clear memories of my DS1's early infancy was the miracle of being able to go pee while holding him in a ring sling for the first time. He is very high needs and my mom was leaving to go home the next day and I insisted that we go get a sling so I would be able to do some things independently that she'd been helping with up until that point. The Moby is much better for this purpose, though, I do believe . . .
