Soap Rec for hard water & BG Flip organic dipes

Checked some previous posts & links-Planet Detergent has come up as working well with hard water. Any experience? Any other suggestions for something that might be easier to find?

We use Rockin Green Hard Rock. That works really well and I'm happy with it. I heard Planet can sometimes cause a rash.

Earth friendly or not? LOL. I use Tide on all my BG products (including stay dry and organic Flips) and they wash up wonderfully.
