My raw goat's milk got away from me this week.
Last night I tried to make yogurt from it because it was a little too sour for us to drink, but this morning when I looked at it, I could see that it has separated.
So now it has been out all night, has had a few tablespoons of commercial yogurt added, and has separated. It has a thick layer of solids on the bottom, whey in the middle and another layer of solids on the top.
What can I do with it? I have about 2/3 of a gallon.
