Dollhouse for 4 year old

That's decent and under $80 that comes with a family and some furniture. I think my DD would love something like this for her b-day, I'd really like to spend $50-ish, but that may be unrealistic. Having problem finding one that seems age appropriate, no too baby-ish, not too big kid-ish. Suggestions?

That looks good and it's cheaper than I saw other places. She'd probably like that. The furniture doesn't look too small I have a baby so I worry about the little pieces.

It is the BEST DOLLHOUSE EVER. Super sturdy, accomodates all sizes of dolls (even Groovy Girls) and functions as storage. DD plays with it CONSTANTLY.

Are you crafty? We're flat broke... My DH built one for my DD, and I made her dolls from wool roving It was pretty cheap.

I think the one we found was in the $80's last summer. It was made by Kindercraft and we found it on Ebay. I would type-in "kindercraft dollhouse" on ebay and see what comes up. I like how the house and furniture are made out of wood, and the little family dolls are made of wood, yarn, and simple looks (not like Barbie).
