What to do lots of banana peppers?

I have 20 or so..some are sweet and some have a little bite to them. I already have some sliced and in the freezer. I know I can add them to soup, ground meat, pizza, burrito/taco/quesadilla type stuff..but I'd like some different ideas. I made stuffed peppers last week with them and they were yummmmmy.

Where I work we do stuffed peppers. mix Cream cheese, hot sauce and a little cajun seasoning. We slice the peppers down the middle a deseed them. Stuff with cream cheese mix, wrap in bacon, bake until melty. We sell a TON of these.

We do these all.the.time with jalapenos. I seriously made myself sick this last weekend on them. We make around 60 at a time (we cut the peppers in half lengthwise). I love them hot out of the oven or off the grill and cold out of the refrigerator. MMMMMMMMM! These are like my favorite thing to eat, lol.
