May I suggest (if possible) that for the mamas having crap days that you take a break day? As in NO NESTING, total break. I've been feeling way better since I did that - skipped my supplements, avoided all remotely baby-related tasks, and just chilled out. It helped get me out of my head, and stopped the cycle of "will it be today?"
Of course, it could just be that I'm getting a new hormone shift... grain of salt. But taking a total random day is great if you can swing it. It helped that my DS was at day care when I had my mood turn around.
