I'm on vacation right now, so that might tell you why I consumed DELICIOUS key lime pie a la mode, lol!! If you haven't heard of the site, consider joining. I started yesterday and am in love. You can enter in anything you eat and it keeps track of your calories. It also tells you how many calories you should be eating, based on your weight, height and weight-loss goals. You can also track your fitness and water intake, too. So far, I love the site! My bikini bootcamp instructor has insisted we start food diaries, and this is what I've decided to do.
