Tara, I think I did tell you. Right here in this post. :
so sweet of you, tho. Reading that made my day. I'm finding it really bittersweet to announce a bfp to a group of mamas who I've been rooting for for so long... so hurry up and get yours and come join!

Babygrey, yes i knew you told us. i was trying to be funny. BTW I noticed looking at your chart how much it looks like mine this month. Say I hopefully...

Congrats again!

karmab- you are too hilarious with those calculations

soo... that's a reasonable doubling time. I'm for real pg
That doesn't mean much to me, from the most commonly cited range (I keep seeing this one) that's pretty high if I really was 15dpo yesterday (my mw said, by her reference ranges, it put me 5-6 weeks along...)

I know there's a big range of normal, and maybe I just had an early implanter, and, anyway, I'm getting scanned the first week of September, so stalk me! Do you think I'm clear of multiples bc of the normal doubling time?

Love to all of you, for all your encouragement and help.

and, karma, at the risk of taking this too OT- that is the most incredible hair-raising story of your twins! I hope some HCP slapped themselves in the head for not scanning you earlier! What great kids they sound like, too.

I definitely think its a lot less likely than you think... and its very very likely you are further along than you thought.

yeah i know. i think i'm one of the reasons ACOG made it part of the standard of care soon after. it would now be absolute undeniable malpractice to terb someone without an u/s. you could be risking a mom's life terbing her, with a non-viable, like an anencephalic, baby, or an undiagnosed concealed abruption. really crazy. it only got worse after that. i had pih that was neglected despite a couple trips to triage with epigastric pain and high pressures, horrible 24 hr urines, etc, contracting, but sent home, and ended up with HELLP, in icu for 7 days, transfused twice. they told my mom to start preparing for the fact that i may not make it. ah, those were the days. it was a big part of my ending up as an RNC-HROB. later on, i worked at a fantastic hospital that provided amazing care for high-risk patients, but never forgot that most deliveries are a normal process, very family centered, very holistic. the nurses there are now all trained in Reiki even. but that is NOT where, or when, i delivered my twins!

ooh! and congrats on your beta. it sounds perfect.
