Large breasts and crossfit, bra?

If you have the first and do the second, what bra do you wear? I want to start doing all those lovely explosive plyometrics but my current bras are barely good enough to keep me from a black eye on a simple jumping jack.

ENELL

Hands down the BEST bra for us larger chested ladies. I really need a new one but I"m getting a reduction done in the next year so I don't want to spend the $.

I have an Enell for super high impact. For lighter works a tight fitting Bravado works ok- I am moderately sized for my size 32DDD.

W00t definitely getting that then.

I have an Enell too and was so thrilled to try it. I have upper back problems and it hurts my back so bad that I cannot wear it. Such a bummer especially after spending so much money on it.

Oh dear

Fortunately, they're sold at a local store so : I'll be able to try before I buy (and get it faster if trying indicates it works)

Have you also checked out www.titlenine.com? They have a barbell rating system for rating support with lots of size options, I think. I do crossfit but have an average bra size and I am a dedicated Moving Comfort Fiona bra wearer.

That, and also Athleta. I found a few great ones at Sports Authority, I think. Very high support level, no bounce.
I have often had to wear 2 sports bras.
And great news on dieting. I didn't realize this but the huge boobs go away. I could not be happier about that! The are reasonable now.

Part of why I want a good bra is so I can do the exercise to make things reasonable. Mind you, I put on about 3 of these cup sizes because of nursing, so I don't know how much will go away before she's done with that.

The huge nursing boobs don't last more than a few months, in my experience. I was like alphabet soup sized both times and did NOT diet for at least a year and they always just went down to something much more manageable on their own.

Mine didn't when I went from 196-146. They weren't quite as big but they only went down 1 size.
