Yesterday while playing outside a bit my 9 month old developed a tiny rash starting on the back of the neck and spreading to cover most of his body. It did not phase him a bit, did not seem to itch. It was gone this morning. About half an hour ago I got him dressed, no rash. Now it's back even worse.
Both DH and I will break out in areas that contact grass and he was crawling in the grass, but it started in areas the grass does not touch. Also our rash fades in a hour or two or after a bath. It was very hot out so we were only out about 15 minutes.
He's not bothered by it at all, no fever, no itch. He has had very few vaxes. He is teething.
Do I need to take him in for a rash like this? We like to avoid the super germy Docs office whenever possible.
