How long is baccon grease good for?

Would you use it if it was in the cupboard in a closed glass food storage container that the last tie it was opened was 2 years or so ago? As far as I can tell it does not look or smell funny, but I am not really sure what I would be looking for anyways. It was just what poured off the (organic) bacon as it was cooking.

Thanks

PS - I would be cooking refried beans with it, if that makes a difference.
