can you buy FCLO in stores, in the US?

I'm going down to Portland next week and I figured if there's any city in the US that would have a shop that carries FCLO it would be there. It is hellishly expensive here with the shipping costs so I was hoping to be able to pick some up down there. I am also going through Seattle so it's possible I could stop at a store there too.

No stores carry it but you can buy it from Dr. Daniel Chong at his office. I don't know any other practitioner that carries it but I'm sure there are others.
