Smoothies
Soy milk
Ginger Ale
Soda Water

The first time I had success with killing my evening heartburn from hell and nausea was the night I squeezed half a lemon in my glass of water. 10 minutes after drinking that glass of water, I felt human again for the first time in days.

Whatever you can get down, get down. Junk is better than nothing. I drank soda for a couple weeks in my early first tri this time around, now can hardly get the stuff to my mouth (but food goes down great now!).

Day by day, do what you can.

Fruit? I ate a lot of mild-tasting fruits (grapes, yellow delicious or gala apples, cherries (ok not mild but yummy), pears) when I was feeling gross and it made me feel better. I also second the water with lemon.
