Books or other EC resources?

We ECed with our DD1 and and really excited about how well EC is going with our DD2, who is 3 weeks. So upon sharing my elation, I have a couple of friends who have become very interested and want to know more about it, how to start, what to do, so on and so forth. I don't live near them so I can't really just demonstrate or really sit down and just talk about it.

I don't really remember where I got my info from when I started, I think I just looked up what it was and went from there.. but maybe it could have been easier. Does anyone know some good, comprehensive websites on EC, especially pertaining to how to start? And one of them really wants a book. A real, physical book. I'm assuming there are probably some out there, anyone?

I picked up Ingrid Bauer's book at a consignment store (I had been thinking about trying EC and there it was for $2.99 - it was a sign!) and it was quite helpful. I also want to get Christine Gross-Loh's book. There was a great article in a previous issue of Mothering by Christine Gross-Loh and that really kick-started me.

The book by C. Gross-Loh is called Diaper Free Baby - I think there's also a website. It's a great book and has tips for starting at any age. Another good website is www.tribalbaby.org.
