My 11-mo DD's hair is starting to get shaggy 
The length is all uneven from when she rubbed so much of it off hen she was tiny. So some is long, some short. I don't want her to look sloppy, especially when we go to church or etc. Suggestions for "hair accessories" she can't pull out but don't hurt going on or off?
