AF came back yesterday (5 months PP). Before my pregnancy, I had awful, often debilitating cramps. I'd heard from several people that their cramps subsided significantly after having children. I'm on day two now and they've only been very mild. Does this mean I'm in the clear (
)? Anyone have their cramps come back, just not right away? I would be beyond thrilled if I didn't have to deal with that pain every month anymore. Thanks!
