Seriously, roasted chicken with gravy and mashed potatoes has got to be my all time favorite meal!

Breakfast today was, um, leftover chocolate self-saucing pudding.
With cream, though!
Lunch was hard-boiled eggs, hummus, arrot sticks and cottage cheese (which I've just rediscovered and LOVE!)
Dinner will be spinach and ricotta cannelloni. I'm TFing it up a bit by using cream and chicken stock for a bechamel sauce on top (striped diagonally with a tomato-onion sauce). And homemade hokey pokey ice cream for dessert.

lots of red onion and garlic cooked in pastured cultured butter and then cooked with pastured ground beef
sliced cucumber
lunch
forgot. breakfast was very filling!
dinner at blue moose bar and grill in leawood, ks
Smoked Turkey Cobb
Wood-smoked turkey breast,
crispy bacon, watercress,
Maytag bleu cheese, Roma
tomatoes, eggs and avocado
mixed with a delicious blend
of iceberg and watercress and
tossed in our red wine vinaigrette.
and then a glass of local chardonnay

My day yesterday:
Breakfast
Smoothie: 1 cup raw kefir, 2 raw egg yolks (from my friend's backyard chickens), 1/2 cup local organic blueberries, dash of vanilla
Lunch
1 Wasa sourdough rye crispbread, spread with chicken liver pate (homemade, with pastured chicken liver, hardboiled egg yolk, lemon juice, Celtic sea salt, homemade olive oil mayonnaise)
Small local organic peach
Homemade organic sauerkraut
Snack
1 cup organic tea with raw milk and raw honey
Dinner
Organic black olives
Curried chicken (chicken cooked in butter with organic onion, garlic, coconut milk, homemade chicken broth, curry powder, spices)
Tossed salad with olive oil vinaigrette
Breakfast

That's okay, I shared 2 pieces of leftover birthday cake with younger two for breakfast 
Lunch I had salmon sauteed in evoo and butter
Snack, raw milk sharp cheddar and an organic nectarine
Dinner, green curry with lamb meat balls and (soaked) jasmine rice
