I know Aloe Vera is great for a myriad of issues. So I bought my husband (who suffers from GERD with a hiatal hernia)the only brand I found that has no preservatives or additives. However, it looks and TASTES like water!! It says constituents that they feel are undesirable have been removed. I'm thinking eveything but the water has been removed.
Has anyone used this brand? Is it effective despite the facts that it would pass for water?
