Cookbooks that support Eat to Live Diet?

Does anyone recommend any cookbooks that offer additional recipes for someone following the Eat to Live program?

I do Eat to Live, too!

I'm really liking Vegan Soups and Hearty Stews for All Seasons. Most recipes use oil to saute the onions and veggies, but you can just use broth or water. I do tinker with some of the recipes...leave out the grains, add beans, use less salt, etc. I've had some luck with Moosewood Restaurant Daily Special, too. They use cheese and dairy in some of their recipes, but I just modify them or leave them out.

What about blogs? I get most of my recipes from cooking blogs. The women who write Fat Free Vegan and Happy Herbivore do Eat to Live. The FFV blogger even has a category of Eat to Live recipes. Vegan Dad is good, but sometimes I have to modify his recipes to make them more Eat to Live friendly. Oh, and I like Whole Foods Vegan Mama, too.
