ok i'm exaggerating, but wow ds(almost 3) is really into breaking things right now. example: we were walking past a fire station the other day and a fireman was inviting all kids to come in and look and climb on the firetrucks. ds LOVED this of course and the fireman gave him a plastic fire hat on our way out. within an hour the hat was broken purposely by ds and he didn't even care, when told to put it in the garbage can he happily went over and put it in. i know this must be a normal phase i just hope he grows out of it soon. at the moment it makes us not want to get him new things. he's not violent, just more exploring how things break
