Anyone use this kids clothing trading site?

I just joined and listed a box, but I'd like opinions for those who use it.

I have mixed feelings about it.

Have sent two boxes, no problems there. I was somewhat disappointed in the box I picked (4 items only, I had packed my last box with something like 18 items). I do realize that the larger sizes take up more space in the box, but still...

At the moment, I'm not using it to get clothes because I could get triple the amount of what fits in a box at our local thrift store for the same price.

I don't like the "Pro" gimmik, which is obviously part of their money-making. I'd like to know what I'm getting, but paying for it puts the cost over what it's worth for me.

I just browsed a little there and it doesn't look any cheaper (at least for DS's size) than ebay or a consignment store.

I joined, but decided against getting any boxes. You would come out ahead only if you have a shortage of local thrift stores...

As an aside, we did a local mom's clothing swap this summer. With just 4 participants, we all came away with new (to us) kids clothing and were all pretty darn happy. There were leftovers for a local clothing bank and the thrift store. We had a great time.

My sister is part of an ongoing larger group clothing swap, and basically never has to buy clothing for her kids.
