Abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, other pain? 2yr old...

So, my 2 yr old (she'll be 3 in Oct.) had been sick with a REALLY bad cold (might've been whooping cough... still waiting on results to come back, but now thinking it wasn't WC because she had gotten over it within 2 weeks -and my other 2 kids had a cold then too). Then, when she got over it, she started complaining of her 'bottom' hurting (I think she meant her vaginal area). But, upon inspection, I didn't notice anything strange-- no red irritation, no discharge, nothing.. so I just let it go. Then a few days later, she was talking about how bad her belly hurt. But, again, no other symptoms -- no vomitting, diarrhea, nothing--- just her telling me. Sooo.... I let it go. Well, fast forward to today, she wakes up, tells me her belly hurts really really REALLy bad, cries all day, constantly in abdominal pain, diarrhea all day long (putrid, mucousy, etc.), she has a fever of 103, looks horrible, etc...
Now I'm totally stressed about it, because I feel awful I 'ignored' it before, and I just don't know what is going on. I am pretty sure it's not her appendix, she says the pain is all over in her belly, when she points she points to her belly button, then moves her hands all around. She can lift her right knee to her right shoulder, etc. etc.
Any thought? I'd really appreciate hearing back from someone on this.... I've three kids, and this is the first time I've ever dealt with stomach issues, other than a flu. I am just clueless.
ETA:: She's also been saying her leg hurts for a few days now too... ? Could this possibly be all related?

I wish I could help...

with the vaginal pain, was it pain with urination?

is anything helping her tummy symptoms? what is she eating?

it sounds like at least part of the problem is fighting off a GI bug. for this good support is broth, meats, well cooked veggies, soft cooked eggs. If she can tolerate yogurt or probiotics, this can help rebalance the gut flora.

have you taken her in to dr. yet or is she feeling better?
