Is exercise really that important? Yes! Exercise makes your heart healthy

Do you have to exercise to lose weight? Not necessarily. Eating smaller portions should make you lose weight.

Cardio and weight training will increase bone density and increase lean muscle mass which will increase your metabolism helping you lose weight.
