Black bean brownies? Pinto bean fudge? Dairy-, egg-, and grain-free.

Here are the recipes I'm looking at. I see other bean brownie recipes here, but I wanted to share it for anyone looking for no dairy, egg, or grain! Most of the others seem to have one of those.

ETA: Okay, these brownies have eggs. Wrong one. I'll leave it up in case anyone is interested, though. I'm looking for another egg-free one!

Black Bean Brownies

Pinto Bean Fudge

Any modification ideas for the fudge? I'm down with everything except the massive amount of refined sugar. Is there an alternative to confectioners' sugar? It would have to be similar to help it "set", I think.

Here are some brownies without grain, dairy, OR eggs! They're more complicated than the other ones, but hey, ya gotta do what ya gotta do!

Healthy Two-Bite Black Bean Brownies

Gluten- and Allergen-Free Brownies

And these are simpler ones written down on a random scrap of paper. I've never made them myself before but an acquaintance gave me the recipe. It was basically the same as the custom one on AllRecipes (that you can't see now, ugh), I think that's why I bookmarked that one.

1 can black beans
2 bananas
3 tbsp oil
1 pinch salt
1/4 c cocoa powder
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp instant coffee (or a splash of really strong coffee if it needs a little moisture)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda

Drain and rinse beans and puree with bananas in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Bake @ 350 F in a greased 9x9 baking dish. Keep refrigerated!

HTH someone out there! Tell me if you try it!

The black bean brownies you linked to seem to have eggs. Was there another you saw without eggs???
THX!

Ah, shoot. It was one of the "custom versions", but they un-shared it, so now it just links back to the original! Sorry about the eggs!

I'm sure I saw another somewhere else though. Maybe I bookmarked it too. I'll see if I can dig it up for you!

ETA: These are vegan black bean brownies, which aren't grain-free, but just in case flour is okay I'll link them anyway. Also, these have oats instead of flour ... more vegan black bean brownies.
