Cervical bumps = breech?

So I am 26 weeks now and I am feeling bumps on my cervix. Does this mean for sure kicks and the baby is breech, or could it be punches?

My midwife was pretty sure the baby was head down at my appointment on wednesday. DD1 was breech and I did a ton of inversions and chiro work to turn her, I was hoping not to have to do that this time.

could be kicks, could be punches, could be headbutts.

My girl is most definitely head down but Im getting headbutts to the cervix!
