DD is only 10 m/o but the last few days she has cut down her feeds. last night we went out to dinner and i wanted to nurse her before i had a glass of wine and she would not nurse. thats sooooo unlike her. normally she ould have nursed 1 hr before and if i offered she'd take it. now shes only eating every 4 hours and some of them have been like half feeds. she has 3 solids meals a day and has been eating larger portions than she used to but she keeps crying for more. do you think the end is near? whats the absolute earliest a baby has weaned themselves? shes very independent and spirited she wants what she wants period and it used to be nursing every 2-4hrs now i feel like im trying to force her to nurse period. she also has been nursing quite a bit at night though but its short spurts like a quick drink then back to sleep...what do you think?
