While I've only used it for gallbladder issues, I would suggest the Hylands remedy called, aptly, "Gas." Homeopathic so safe in pregnancy. Tastes nasty, but helps a ton with gallbladder issues (which can cause a build-up of air in the stomach).

Make sure to stay well hydrated and keep getting fiber.

Otherwise, all I know of to completely rid you of pregnancy gas is to have the baby, sorry!
