Natural Sexual Enhancement Herbal Products like Horny Goat Weed?

I searched the archives and didn't find much. I'm asking for both men and women. Someone was saying that Zestra works well for females (topical application product made with essential oils/herbs). I have a friend who said that Horny Goat Weed works for her male friend. I went to Whole Foods Market and looked at the male sexual enhancement products and am overwhelmed by the variety of herbal supplements there. Just wondering if anyone has any experience and can recommend something for men. Thanks.

Ashwanganda is an ayurvedic herb that is very safe and effective over long periods for libido enhancement. Both women and men can use it.

I have heard that herbs damiana and maca are libido enhancers. All I know is that when i take maca, I get pregnant, so I don't always recommend that.
