Count me in too--I'm a labor and delivery nurse and while I can moan about the hospital protocols until I'm blue in the face, at the end of nearly every day I get to see a baby be born, coo'd over and kissed by people who love him or her.
I work 12 hour rotating day/night shifts and I think that it's given my husband a much better connection to our daughter---we parent much more egalitarian than I think would have otherwise.
