Phone Record Keeping

I need some advice about how to keep phone records.

Should I keep a hand writting notebook? My kids dad is interferring with my phone time with the kids so much, and I want to present this record in court when I go, to show the interference. For example, today I was chatting with my son, and asked him about his weekend, and he repeated something he told me yesterday. His dad took the phone from him and asked me why was I interrogating him, and then hung up the phone. I had spoken with my son for may 3 minutes.

Can you give me an example of how you record something like this, which is straightforward, shows the time, length of call and the problem I had with interference?

Thanks.

I don't know that it really matters how you do it. I know people who do it in paper, or as a Word file. I send e-mail from one account to the other so it has a time / day stamp. I haven't been to court on this so others may have more specific advice. I think it's best to put down as much detail as possible about who said what.

If you call via cell phone those records would show the time/date of the call. Then you could supplement the reason for the call 'termination'.
