Is this normal with multiples? I am sick, yes. But absolutely starving and eat constantly!!!!!!! My stomach growls even after i eat a whole meal!!!!!!
Is this common in these type of pregnancies? I barely ate with my singeltons...

I don't know how the degree of hunger with twins compares to a pregnancy with a singleton as the twins were my first but I can tell you the amount of food I ate when I was pregnant with my girls was ridiculous!! It became a joke in my family because I would eat more food then my 16 year old brother. I was lucky enough to have my father who is a professional chef cooking for me while I was on bedrest and he would put these massive steaks on my plate and I'd think there's no way I will be able to finish this and then the next thing I'd know it would be gone! I never got that really satisfied full feeling either no matter how much I ate.

Depending on what part of your pregnancy you are in (as in, if you're dealing w/ ms just eat what you can keep down), make sure you are eating the right foods. High protein. I believe Elizabeth Noble (someone correct me?) has a diet plan for multiple pregnancy.
