Anyone TTC with Low Sperm Counts

We've been TTC for 1 yr now and just found out that the problem we have is with the sperm. Am just wondering is there anyone experiencing the same or has come through it successfully? Please share. Thanks alot.

Yup, we have dismal sperm counts - very low mobility and mortality and shape, low volume, low everything. I got a BFP last week.

What kind of supplements is he taking. I think those are what worked for us. L-argine (I don't know how to spell that) is a popular one. Male Fertilaid was recommended by his doc too.

My DH has a low count due to a medical condition. His endocrinologist suggested supplementing vitamin C (it can help reduce sperm clumping). He also no longer holds his laptop directly on his lap--I make him use a lapdesk to keep the heat off his guys! He will repeat the SA in January to see if it has made any difference, if we haven't conceived by then.
