What are your thoughts? From what I've read they compare similarly to fresh fruit as far as nutrients (except slightly less Vitamin C)?

I picked some up because DS & I are on a severely restricted (corn-free gluten-free soy-free vegan) diet for at least the next few weeks & missing certain textures etc. But wondering if this is a good long-term snack? It's so yummy & portable....
