Raw goat's milk tastes spoil - what can I make with it?

I have a half gallon of raw goat's milk that tastes spoil. I hate to throw it out! It is so expensive!!! My family was sick for a few days where no one could keep anything down so the milk wasn't used.

Is there anything that I can make from it?

Is it spoiled as in rancid, or just soured? If it's just soured and you happen to have chickens, give it to them.

The milk is not rancid just sour. We don't like sour milk. I wish I had chickens but I don't. We're city folks for now.

Still hate to toss it out.....

You could try draining it with a cheese cloth, mixing in onions and garlic and chives and seeing what happens.
