What might this bleeding be?

About 15 or 16 days after my last period started, I woke up spotting lightly off and on all day and a little the next day. I've never ever spotted in the middle of my cycle before and the only reason for it I've ever heard of is implantation bleeding. How likely is it that this is implantation bleeding? What else could this be? Thanks!

It could be ovulatory spotting.

If it is in the middle of your cycle it could be ovulation spotting as well. Even if you've never had it before. it could also be from DTD - the cervix has a lot of blood vessels and if one gets knocked around a little, it can bleed slightly? I think if it were a regular thing then you may want to see your OB (could mean thyroid/progesterone issues if I'm remembering correctly?).
Was your last AF normal? Could also be pregnancy breakthrough bleeding (along with your AF)?

I have the same thing- it started yesterday, on day 15 of my cycle. The last time this kind of spotting happened mid-cycle I had a positive pregnancy test on day 30 of the cycle so I have my fingers crossed again.
