Anything to fill Lost's gap this fall?

Lost was THE show for DH and I. We never missed an episode and we sorely miss it. We like sci/fiish shows or anything that's a bit out of the norm. Just to give you an example, CSI would be the complete opposite of something we'd like to watch.

Any suggestions? What are other former Lost addicts watching this fall?

I'm exactly the same. I've heard people talking about The Event.

Not sure that I'll get into anything new this fall. I'm going to watch Caprica which I was loving. Not sure if I'll continue with V which I did watch last year. I wish FlashForward hadn't been cancelled...

Yes!!! I loved flashforward, I was so sad to see it canceled! That was just cruel.

I never watched V/Caprica. Maybe we should catch up on the old seasons?

I was going to recommend V aswell. I'm sure you can find the first season online. I would definitely watch them before starting this season.

V I am on the fence about. Yes, you'd have to watch season 1 in order to appreciate season 2. I think there were 12 episodes or so. It was getting good near the end but I didn't *love* it (like I loved Lost and am currently obsessed with True Blood).

Did you watch BSG? Not that you would need to to watch Caprica. It's one of those shows that is so "smart"...it makes me feel dumb sometimes. Love it! Very involved - not a light show at all. BUT I think it might get cancelled. They have filmed I think 18 episodes, 9 of which were shown earlier in the year and then they will show the last 9 starting sometime this fall. That's what I understand anyway.

I'm going to check out Haven. There are tons of shows I've loved in the past but as for what is coming up or still currently on...I don't know so much. (We don't have cable.) I had been hearing Fringe is very good now. But I think it's in it's 3rd season?

if you want to rent something you should try Battlestar Galactica sooo good

I soooo feel you on LOST. I will miss that show so much!
My other favorite show ever is Battlestar--if you like Lost, you'll probably love BSG. Great characters and interesting themes.

My dh and I have recently started watching Fringe. Just finished season 1 and I am loving where the show is going.

V is good, season 1 finished strong.

I have season 1 on request from our library - which will take forever to get but I've been really looking forward to it!

Fringe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved Lost, but I'm not sure what other shows I like are similar. I like Warehouse 13 and Leverage right now in the summer.

Yes to Fringe!!! You should catch up the 2 seasons past and get on board!

Not really a Lost fan but agree with the Haven rec. You can watch episodes 2 - 6 on Hulu right now.

We also watch Warehouse 13 and Eureka.

I've been trying to find something to fill my LOST gap (also missing from my happy little fall lineup- Heroes.) Fringe is very good, from what I've seen. Dh and I are always a season behind because we watch it on DVD. We've seen all of the first season and none of the second yet.
