Mine started about a week ago, and I'm 21 weeks today. I never had them in my previous pregnancies (or at least didn't realize it)!
Keeping fully hydrated has made them barely noticeable, so I'm happy about that. If I drink my morning coffee without a side of water, they're more noticeable. I REALLY don't want to give up my morning coffee!!!!

Mine started around 20 weeks. I'd have a handful a week. Then they went away and came back around 35-ish or so weeks?
Now I'm at 41-42 weeks and they're almost constant.
Just to clarify, the "tight band" around my middle contractions are most likely BH, right? Even though I'm having them daily and hourly, it's still not at the point where they're painful or regular enough to time...
